I go by Dulcie and I'm dedicating myself to subdue destructive patterns. I'm 19 years old, living in Wirral, Great Britain.
I'm engaged in this life-changing experience for 34 months and I'm uncovering some amazing benefits. My confidence has grown significantly.
A significant obstacle I've faced is staying motivated during tough times. Nonetheless, I've found that exercise is a game-changer in cultivating self-control.
I'm eager to learn more about the physiological adaptations associated with NoFap. The prospect of improved emotional stability is riveting to me.
Outside of my NoFap journey, I enjoy Roller skating and picking up Russian. Fascinatingly, these activities strengthen my resolve and discipline during my NoFap journey.
